Delicious looking berry and peach dessert. I bet this could be changed to add strawberries and raspberries if the raspberries aren’t too powerful in tasting. One thing that can be done to keep the blueberries from sinking is to cover them in a little, and my mean little flour. I learned this from a professional cook, and for some reason, this prevent the blueberries inside a cake from sinking. Looks absolutely delish!!
